Hya Ophtal System eye drops is a clear solution containing 0.24% hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate).The formulation is free of preservatives and is therefore very well tolerated.The preservative-free multi-dose bottle allows for easy and safe use.The product can be used for 6 months after first opening.

Areas of application

Hya Ophtal System eye drops are used for immediate relief and moisturization of dry eyes.It naturally refreshes and soothes dry eyes and relieves the symptoms of tired, stressed and even watery eyes.It is also suitable for wetting and re-wetting soft and hard contact lenses while wearing them, thereby increasing the wearing comfort of the lenses.

Mode of action

Hya Ophtal System eye drops create an artificial tear film with hyaluronic acid, which moistens the eye and makes eyelid closure painless.Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of human body tissue and is found, among other things, in the human eye.It has the ability to bind a lot of water and thus promotes a stable, long-lasting liquid film on the surface of the eye.

Application

Before use, you should wash your hands and be careful not to touch the surface of the eye or your fingers with the dropper tip to avoid contamination of the solution or injury.Before each use, remove the transparent white protective cap from the top of the bottle.Before the first use or if the bottle has not been used for some time, hold the bottle with the tip facing down and press the pump mechanism several times until a drop is dispensed.Hold the bottle with the tip facing down, tilt your head back slightly, and use one finger of your free hand to gently pull down your lower eyelid.Hold the bottle vertically over your eyes and gently squeeze the pump mechanism to instill a drop into the eye.Then close your eye and blink to spread the drop well over the surface of the eye.Immediately after use, shake off any remaining drops and place the transparent white protective cap back on the drip tip.

Storage

Store the product at +1 - +25 °C.Thanks to the bottle design, Hya Ophtal System can be used for 6 months after first opening.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

You can add a drop into the conjunctival sac if necessary.To do this, pull your lower eyelid down slightly and drip the solution into the resulting gap.
