Optiskin plaster
Optiskin is a sterile, self-adhesive and semi-permeable film that consists of a thin polyurethane film and a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive.The transparent film enables optimal wound care.
Properties
The carrier material consists of a polyurethane film, while the adhesive is made of polyacrylate.The wound cushion is made of polyester and viscose and is equipped with a protective fleece made of polyethylene.
Areas of application
The Optiskin plaster is suitable for covering various types of superficial wounds, such as surgical wounds or skin abrasions.It can also be used to cover medical devices such as probes or drains.
