Area of application

The hydrocolloid wound plasters protect the area to be treated from dirt and water by forming a cushion and preventing further friction.They absorb wound fluid and thus promote faster healing.The plasters can also be used preventatively.

Application

Clean and dry the injured area carefully before applying the patch.Only use carefully cleaned hands for this.Do not apply skin creams under the patch.Remove the masking paper and place the patch on the injured area of skin.Press the edges of the plaster firmly and without wrinkles.Do not change the patch until it comes off on its own.To make removal easier, it is recommended to lift one corner of the wound plaster and peel off the adhesive surface with soap and water.

The plaster should stay on the wound for as long as possible.If moisture comes out, it should be changed immediately.Also change the patch when maximum absorption has been reached.

Notes

Do not apply the patch to infected wounds.Diabetics and people with circulatory problems should discuss the product with their doctor before using it.
