Aluderm bandage pack small consists of an aluminium-coated wound dressing made of polyester fleece with bacteria killer, which is sealed onto a self-adhesive cohesive bandage.This combination makes it possible to completely absorb strong secretions from the wound and distribute them onto the suction surface.The absorbency is 1,400 g/m², which keeps the wound dry.

The Bactekiller and the aluminum-coated compress have an antibacterial effect and kill germs, thereby preventing the growth and reproduction of unwanted microorganisms.This promotes wound healing and accelerates regeneration.The dressing can be changed painlessly without tearing off the newly formed granulation tissue.Additional final fixation is not required.
