Lomatuell® H

Lomatuell® H is an ointment that is used to gently treat superficial wounds.It consists of a ready-to-use mesh tulle impregnated with white petroleum jelly and covered on both sides with glassine paper.The wide-meshed tulle promotes the drainage of wound fluid, while the white petroleum jelly prevents it from sticking to the wound.This allows for painless dressing changes and supports the natural healing process.The product can be tailored according to your needs.

Areas of application

Lomatuell® H is used for various types of wounds, including skin donor sites, pressure ulcers, burns, and cuts and abrasions.It is particularly suitable for the treatment of leg ulcers.

Mode of action

The wide-meshed tulle promotes the drainage of wound fluid.The white petroleum jelly prevents it from sticking to the wound, which allows for painless dressing changes.The neutral ointment base offers the possibility of using additional, wound-specific medications.
