Lomatuell® H is a ready-to-use mesh tulle that is impregnated with white petroleum jelly and covered on both sides with glassine paper.This tulle is specially designed for the gentle treatment of superficial wounds.The wide-meshed tulle promotes the drainage of wound secretions, while the white petroleum jelly prevents it from sticking to the wound.This enables painless dressing changes, ensures wound rest and supports the natural healing process.The product can be cut as needed.

Product composition

The Lomatuell® H is made of cotton knitted into a wide-meshed tulle and white Vaseline.It is also covered with glassine paper.

Areas of application

Lomatuell® H is suitable for the treatment of skin donor sites, leg ulcers, pressure sores, burns, cuts and abrasions.

The hydrophobic ointment tulle promotes the drainage of wound secretions and protects superficial wounds from adhesions.This reduces the risk of wound sticking.Impregnation with white petroleum jelly supports the natural healing process and ensures wound rest.The product can also be cut to size.
