Lomatuell® H

Lomatuell® H is a hydrophobic ointment that was specially developed for the gentle treatment of superficial wounds.The ready-to-use mesh tulle is impregnated with white petroleum jelly and covered on both sides with glassine paper.The wide-meshed tulle promotes the drainage of wound fluid, while the white petroleum jelly prevents it from sticking to the wound.This enables painless dressing changes, ensures wound rest and supports the natural healing process.The product can be tailored according to your needs.

Product composition

The Lomatuell® H consists of a wide-meshed cotton tulle that is impregnated with white Vaseline.Glassine paper is used as an additional protective layer.

Areas of application

The Lomatuell® H is suitable for a variety of applications including skin donor sites, leg ulcers, pressure sores, burns, cuts and abrasions.

The hydrophobic ointment tulle promotes the drainage of wound fluid and protects superficial wounds from adhesions.Impregnation with white petroleum jelly reduces the risk of wound sticking.The natural healing process is supported and wound rest is guaranteed.The product can also be cut to size.
