Soledum capsules forte contain the active ingredient cineole and are suitable for the treatment of symptoms of bronchitis, acute, uncomplicated, non-bacterial inflammation of the nasal sinuses (rhinosinusitis) and colds of the respiratory tract.They are also suitable as additional treatment for chronic and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, such as inflammation of the paranasal sinuses.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

The active ingredient cineole in Soledum capsules forte is obtained from natural eucalyptus oil and has expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties.Cineole is easily absorbed by the body and reaches the respiratory system via the bloodstream, where it exerts its effects.It loosens stubborn, sticky mucus in the airways and promotes the formation of thinner mucus that is easier to cough up.Cineole also has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce swelling of the mucous membranes.

Contraindications

Dosage and application

Adults and teenagers aged 12 and over should take 1 capsule of Soledum capsules forte 3 times a day.If the symptoms persist, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules daily.As part of continued or long-term treatment, one capsule twice a day is sufficient.The capsules should be taken with a glass of drinking water at least 1/2 hour before meals.If you have a sensitive stomach, the capsules can also be taken with a meal, but it should not be hot.
