The ScheBo® Tumor M2-PK stool test is used to prevent colon cancer.This is a test that is sent to a laboratory for evaluation.The stool sample taken must arrive at the laboratory within 48 hours.Therefore, the tube with the sample should be sent immediately after collection.

Information about the ScheBo Tumor M2-PK stool test

With the ScheBo® Tumor M2-PK stool test, a more reliable test for the early detection of colon cancer is now available.In contrast to conventional tests, which only detect blood in the stool and can therefore only detect around 30% of cases, this test enables the identification of colon cancer in around 85% of those affected.This does not involve measuring blood in the stool, but instead detecting a tumor-specific enzyme.
