Schmidt saturation capsules are a class IIa medical device that is used to treat obesity and control weight.Obesity can not only be an aesthetic problem for many people, but can also pose serious health risks.The causes of obesity are diverse, and the goal of any effective measure should be long-term and sustainable weight loss.In contrast to quick diets, which often only provide temporary results, Schmidt satiety capsules are aimed at permanent weight loss.

The capsules contain an almost calorie-free, finely ground vegetable source: Indian psyllium husks (Plantaginis ovata).After being taken with liquid, the capsules dissolve in the stomach and swell into a soft, gel-like mass.This increases the contents of the stomach, which makes you feel full more quickly while eating.This makes it easier to eat less and reduce calorie intake.At the same time, dietary measures are better adhered to.It is important to consume sufficient fluids in the form of low-calorie drinks during use, at least two liters per day.The capsules should never be taken without liquid, sucked, chewed or bitten.

Composition

One saturation capsule contains 400 mg of Indian psyllium husk powder, sodium bicarbonate and magnesium stearate.The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Dosage instructions

As a rule, four capsules are taken once a day, with a glass of water, 30 minutes before the main meal (lunch).If necessary, the intake can be extended to two to three meals a day, which corresponds to taking eight to twelve capsules.
