One capsule contains the following ingredients: wheat germ oil, gelatin (beef), millet seed extract, coconut oil, humectant glycerin, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, humectant sorbitol, zinc sulfate, lecithins (soy), calcium D-pantothenate, dye iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, copper sulfate, D-biotin.
