Meliseptol Rapid Spray Bottle is a ready-to-use alcohol-based disinfectant suitable for both spraying and wiping.It is completely aldehyde-free and contains no alkylamines.The product is characterized by a comprehensive spectrum of activity, which is bactericidal (including MRSA), tuberculocidal, fungicidal and limited virucidal (including HBV, HCV, HIV) and virucidal (including noroviruses).According to DGHM/VAH , the exposure time is only one minute.Meliseptol Rapid is DGHM/VAH-listed and, in practical use, does not lead to undesirable skin reactions due to skin irritating or sensitizing effects, as confirmed by a dermatological expert report from Dermatest Münster from 2002.From a dermatological point of view, it is not necessary to wear protective gloves when using Meliseptol Rapid.However, for reasons of infection prevention, protective gloves must always be worn if there is a risk of contamination, especially on visibly dirty surfaces.

Meliseptol Rapid spray bottle offers the following features:

Aldehyde-free and free of alkylamines.It spreads a fresh smell and is suitable for disinfecting surfaces of medical devices such as treatment chairs, work surfaces and OP-equipment.The disinfectant has a comprehensive spectrum of activity, which is bactericidal (including MRSA and TbB) and fungicidal (including mold).It is also limited virucidal PLUS, effective against enveloped viruses as well as adenoviruses, noroviruses and rotaviruses.The exposure time is one minute according to DGHM/VAH and limited virucidal PLUS.Meliseptol Rapid is DGHM/VAHlisted and listed in the IHO-virucidia list.

Notes

In practical use, Meliseptol Rapid does not lead to undesirable skin reactions due to skin irritating or sensitizing effects.It should not be used on hot surfaces or on live electrical devices.Alcohol-sensitive materials should be tested beforehand for their resistance to Meliseptol Rapid.
