How to properly disinfect your hands with Sterillium Virugard solution

To make optimal use of the disinfectant, please note the following tips for use: Wash your hands with soap and warm water.Dry your hands thoroughly.Pour about 5 ml of disinfectant into the palm of your hand.Distribute the Sterillium solution evenly on fingertips, nail folds, thumbs and between the fingers.Rub the disinfectant with both hands for at least 30 seconds.Keep your hands moist for the duration of disinfection.To protect yourself from norovirus, you must disinfect your hands for 5 minutes.During surgical hand disinfection, which takes a total of 3 minutes, the entire area from fingertips to elbow is rubbed with disinfectant.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.Mild, diffuse skin irritations or allergic reactions rarely occur.In such cases, it is recommended to intensify your general skin care routine.

Dosage

Recommended use of Sterillium Virugard solution: The disinfectant is rubbed undiluted into dry hands, covering all areas of the skin.Particular attention should be paid to the fingertips and thumbs.Hands must be kept moist with Sterillium Virugard solution throughout the entire rubbing period.Onset of effect from 30 seconds;For Norovirus, ensure the exposure time is 5 minutes.Use disinfectant carefully.Always read label and product information before use.

Disinfect hands properly

For an optimal effect and to ensure that your hands do not have any wetting gaps during hygienic hand disinfection, all skin areas must be rubbed with a sufficient amount of hand disinfectant for at least 30 seconds.Do each of the following steps one at a time (and again until the 30 seconds have passed - use hand sanitizer again if necessary): Rub your palms (including wrists) together.Rub palms over the backs of your hands.Rub your palms together, with your fingers spread and interlaced.Rub outside of fingers on opposite palms with fingers interlaced.Rub on both thumbs.Rub the fingertips together in the palms of your hands.Please note that your hands should be dry before disinfection!
