The TENS/EMS Dolito Stimulator is a pain therapy device that can be used by patients, therapists and doctors without outside help.No prescription is required for this product.

Scope of delivery

The Dolito stimulator is delivered with the following accessories: 1 Dolito device, 2 electrode cables, 4 self-adhesive electrodes (40 x 40 mm), 1 9 V block battery and 1 instruction manual.

Application instructions

The Dolito Stimulator must not be used in the following cases: in patients with cardiac pacemakers, in patients with myocardial damage or arrhythmias, when operating machines with a potential hazard, when driving a vehicle, in patients with epilepsy, in severe local inflammation or thrombosis, in mechanical intestinal obstruction, in febrile illnesses or infectious diseases, in the presence of flammable gas mixtures and not with a surgical high-frequency device.In addition, the device should not be used when using contraceptive coils that contain metal.

Please note the following basic rules when using it: Do not stimulate transcerebrally, not via the carotid sinus nerve, not in the area of the sinus node, not on the bulb, not in the larynx-pharynx area, not in areas with skin defects and do not position the electrodes directly on the spine.

Technical data

The Dolito Stimulator has two isolated, independent channels.The pulse shape is asymmetrical, rectangular and biphasic without direct current components.The intensity is 0 - 80 mA at 500 ohm resistance, 80 mA maximum at 1000 ohm resistance and 70 mA maximum at 1500 ohm resistance.The displayed values may vary depending on the condition of the skin electrodes.

The device is a class IIa medical device and corresponds to the classification internal power supply, constant current, continuous operation, type BF, IP 20. The frequency is 1 - 150 Hz (burst 35 - 150 Hz) and the pulse width is 50 - 350 µS (burst 50 - 200 µS).The time setting is variable from 1 minute to 9 hours and 59 minutes.The maximum voltage is 180V without resistance and 70V with 1000 ohm resistance.A 9 volt battery (6LR61 / 6AM6) is recommended.
