Mode of action

Echinacea STADA Classic is a natural medicine that is taken worldwide to strengthen the immune system.In modern European phytotherapy, only the herb extract of the red coneflower, Echinacea purpurea, is recognized as effective.Since the coneflower belongs to the daisy family, allergy sufferers should be careful.

Echinacea STADA Classic contains 81.5 g purple coneflower pressed juice (2.5-1.5:1) and 18.5 g ethanol 96% (V/V) as an excipient.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient purple coneflower, daisy family or any of the other ingredients.For fundamental reasons, the preparation must not be taken for progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukemia, inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue, multiple sclerosis, AIDS-disease, HIV-infection, chronic viral diseases and autoimmune diseases.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as directed.Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: Adults and children aged 12 and over take 40 drops 4 to 5 times a day.The medicine should not be taken continuously for more than 2 weeks.Taking more of the medicine than you should can cause alcohol poisoning, especially in children.In this case, there is a risk to life, which is why you should consult a doctor immediately.If you forget to take the medicine, do not take any more of the preparation next time, but continue taking it as described in the dosage instructions.For successful treatment, it is important to take the preparation for a sufficient period of time.

Intake

The solution can be taken undiluted or in liquid.Shake before use.Any subsequent clouding or flocculation that occasionally occurs with natural product preparations does not affect the effect.
