The Maria Treben small Swedish bitter approach.is a herbal mixture that is used to make 2 x 0.7 liters of brandy with an alcohol content of 38% by volume.This tried and tested house specialty consists of 11 carefully selected herbs from different countries and is made according to an original recipe.It is known for its appetite-stimulating, digestive and beneficial properties.
To make the Swedish bitter, put the herbal mixture into a wide-necked 2 liter bottle and pour 2 x 0.7 liters of 38% grain or fruit brandy over it.The mixture is then left to stand in a warm, bright place for 14 days.During this time the bottle should be shaken once a day.After 14 days, the mixture is strained.
