Ferrum hydroxydatum D6 is a liquid dilution for injection.This homeopathic medicine is used without specifying a therapeutic indication.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredient and composition

The active ingredient in Ferrum hydroxydatum D6 is Ferrum hydroxydatum Dil.D6 aquos.(HAB, v. 8b), made from iron and wine vinegar.Each ampoule contains 1 ml of this solution.The preparation also contains sodium chloride as an additional ingredient.

Areas of application

Ferrum hydroxydatum D6 is a homeopathic medicine of the anthroposophical therapy direction.If the symptoms do not improve, medical advice should be sought.

Contraindications

Ferrum hydroxydatum D6 must not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein.

Interactions with other medicines

Type of application

The subcutaneous injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.After cleaning the injection site, a fold of skin is formed and the injection needle is inserted at an angle.Slightly pulling back the plunger of the syringe checks whether a blood vessel has been hit.If blood appears, the injection should be repeated at another site.If there is no blood, the injection is carried out slowly, then the needle is pulled out and the puncture site is briefly pressed with a swab.It is recommended that an experienced person learn the injection technique.

Lactose contains small amounts of milk protein and can cause allergic reactions.
