This pain plaster is my last resort for arthritis pain in my knee. It cools a little at first. I leave it on the skin for 24 hours. The mesh stocking is not necessary. It just rolls up and cuts off the blood supply. I prefer to use elastic plasters or similar and tape the edges. I keep looking for this product. It's from Switzerland and unfortunately sometimes out of stock. I can definitely recommend it.
