I have been using Regaine for women for about a year. I stuck to the recommended amount, but at first I simply used it every day and carefully spread it drop by drop all over my scalp and massaged it in. You have to take 5-10 minutes to do this. And contrary to all expectations, my "receding hairline" - even though I am a woman - is actually "filled in" again. It's not so easy to check the success on the main hair, but you can check it on critical areas such as the receding hairline and the forehead line. Even my husband has noticed. Now I take a maintenance dose - not quite regularly but always three times a week.
