Instructions for use of the sterile gauze compresses

The sterile gauze compresses are 17-thread gauze compresses made of gauze that meet the requirements of the standard VM 17 DIN 14079 BW .They are made of 100% cotton and have turned-in raw edges.The compresses are sterilely sealed in units of 20.

These gauze compresses are suitable for general wound care, especially for initial care of dirty, infected and heavily secreting wounds.They can also be used as swabs and compresses during minor surgical procedures in the outpatient clinic or on the ward.The compresses are intended for external use.

The compresses are sterile sealed and simply packaged, making them suitable for both inpatient and outpatient use.The size of the compresses is 10x10 cm and there are 12 of them.

The gauze compresses should be stored dry and dust-free.

The gauze pads comply with normative and legal requirements, including Directive 93/42/EEC.They are classified in CE-Class Is, Rule 4, and undergo the conformity assessment procedure according to Annex VII + V. The CE-marking and the marking according to DIN EN ISO 15223-1 are present on all packaging levels.The compresses do not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH.
