The Swab Set 2+3 Sterile consists of a sterile 2-chamber packaging that contains separately packaged gauze swabs.These gauze swabs are made from gauze according to EN 14079 Type 20 and housed in a deep-drawn film with a peelable paper closure.The set is suitable for disinfection when preparing for catheterization of the urinary bladder as well as for disinfecting preparation and final care of the vascular access during dialysis.The packaging is perforated so that either 2 or 3 swabs can be removed as needed.

Diameter

The swabs have a diameter of approx. 3 cm.

Composition

The gauze pads are made of cotton.

Normative and legal requirements

The Swab Set 2+3 Sterile is a medical product according to MPG, Class Is, Rule 4 and meets the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC.The gauze meets the requirements of DIN EN 14079 Type 20. Sterilization is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 11135. The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH and carries CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 markings on all packaging levels.
