With Paracetamol 500 1A-Pharma tablets I have a very good oral painkiller from a Novartis subsidiary. It helps Robert very well. It helps me to a limited extent and with my lauralein the active ingredient is blocked in the liver and doesn't work at all. So I have two forms of medication at home. Suppositories make more sense for me and Laura and her brother gets tablets or a suspension, i.e. juice. But we have been able to reduce the Swabian fever well with the flu.

As far as I know, this preparation is more stomach-friendly than ASA, but it can be harmful to the liver if taken over a longer period of time. I make do by alternating between a cheap painkiller containing acetylcysteic acid and paracetamol in my medicine cabinet and first-aid kit. However, we don't take any other medication and only occasionally take these painkillers for short-term, mild to moderate pain (especially headaches). We (5 adults) have not noticed any differences in terms of effectiveness and tolerability.

Helps quickly. I'm not allowed to take anything else because I have to take another medication regularly. inexpensive and helpful, better than mixed preparations!
