Instructions for use of the cherry pit cushion 17x17 cm: Product features: - Multiple use - Washable up to 60 °C - Can be heated in the microwave and oven - Dimensions: 17x17 cm Note: - Never heat cherry pit cushions unattended in the microwave, oven or heater. - Fire hazard if heated improperly Microwave: - Max. 600 watts - Test the heating time the first time with 1 minute, take the pillow out and knead it through - If necessary, heat up in the microwave for a further 30 seconds - Repeat process until desired temperature is reached - Heating times may vary depending on the cushion Oven: - Approx. 70 °C - Warm up in the oven for 5-10 minutes, remove the cushion and knead it - If necessary, warm up in the oven for another 5 minutes. - Repeat the process until the desired temperature is reached - Alternatively, the cherry pit cushions can also be heated on the radiator. - Pillow develops a typical odour of its own when heated Storage: - Store in a dry place away from sunlight - Before washing, place the cherry pit cushion in clear water so that the cherry pits can soak up. - Then place in a cover and wash at 60°C. - Tumble dry on medium heat Use: - Use cherry pit cushion as a heat and cold pack Do not use on: - Inflammations - Open wounds - Temperature sensitivity disorders Before use, check the seams of the cherry pit cushion to make sure they are sealed all around.
