Directions for use of the article Retterspitz Muscle Cream: Retterspitz Muscle Cream is an effective remedy for the targeted relief of pain. The cream contains herbal ingredients such as nutmeg and rosemary oil, which can reduce swelling and inflammation. Menthol provides a pleasant cooling effect. The healing process is supported by thorough massaging. The muscle cream can be used for various complaints of muscles, tendons and joints, for example sprains, joint pain, sore muscles, bruises and back pain. The muscle cream is used three to six times a day by applying a 5 to 10 cm strand of cream to the affected part of the body and massaging it in. After the rubbing, the area should be kept warm to support the effectiveness. After application, the hands should be washed thoroughly to avoid transferring the cream to sensitive mucous membranes. The ingredients of Retterspitz Muscle Cream include cetylstearyl alcohol, isopropyl palmitate, nutmeg oil, rosemary oil and menthol. The cream should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It is only suitable for external use and must not be applied to injured or sore skin. For children under 2 years of age, use is only suitable after consulting a doctor. The dosage recommendation is to apply the cream 3 to 6 times a day to the painful areas and massage it in.
