Abtei Nachtruhe Einschlaftropfen are a herbal medicinal product used to calm restlessness and nervous sleep disorders. The drops contain valerian root extract and promote falling asleep in a natural way. They are well tolerated and have no habituation effect. The recommended dosage is 1/2 teaspoon 2-3 times a day for restlessness and 1 teaspoon before bedtime for sleep disorders. The drops should be taken diluted with a little water. They contain 66% alcohol by volume and should therefore not be taken by liver patients, alcoholics, epileptics, pregnant women, nursing mothers and children.
