Instructions for use of the article PLUMB MET LM XVIII: Homoeopathy aims to treat each patient individually with a homoeopathic medicine suited to their specific clinical picture. Different medicines can be used for different diseases. A small selection of proven homeopathic medicines commonly used to treat acute complaints includes Aconitum, Allium cepa, Apis mellifica, Arnica, Arsenicum album, Belladonna, Bryonia, Cantharis, Chamomilla, Cocculus, Coffea, Dulcamara, Ferrum phosphoricum, Gelsemium, Ipecacuanha, Ledum, Nux vomica, Okoubaka, Phytolacca, Pulsatilla, Rhus toxicodendron and Thuja. These are available as globules, tablets or alcoholic solutions in various potencies. The indications for use are not given, as these are registered homeopathic medicines.
