Information for use of the article Cistus Organic Tea: Product properties: - Name: Foodstuff. - Use/Application/Recommendation for use: For 1 cup of tea, pour boiling water over 1.5 g of Cystus® organic tea herb and allow to steep for 2 to 5 minutes. - Ingredients: 100% Cistus incanus L. The grey-haired cistus (Cistus incanus) is a native plant with a balsamic taste. The plant is extremely polymorphic and we only harvest those plants that are traditionally used as a house tea. Our tip: - Refine with lemon and honey. - As a refreshing drink, prepare cold mixed with fruit juices or as an iced tea. - For a more intense flavour, place the tea herb in a saucepan with cold water, bring to the boil and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid on. The organic cistus tea is also suitable for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Note that cystus can leave brown stains on clothing, wood and untreated stone.
