Information for use of the article Cistus Organic Tea: Product properties: - Name: Foodstuff - Use/Recommendation for use: For 1 cup of tea, pour boiling water over 1.5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of Cystus® organic tea herb and allow to steep for 2 to 5 minutes. - Ingredients: 100% Cistus incanus L. The grey-haired cistus (Cistus incanus) is a native, aromatic plant with a balsamic taste. It is traditionally used as a home tea. The Cystus® organic tea can be refined with lemon and honey or prepared cold mixed with fruit juices or as an iced tea. For an intense tart-aromatic taste, the tea herb can be boiled with cold water in a saucepan. The organic cistus tea is also suitable for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Note, however, that cystus can leave brown stains on clothing, wood and untreated stone.
