Vagi-C® fem vaginal tablets contain the active ingredient vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid.This supports the development of the body's own lactobacilli and is suitable for long-term use.It can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Area of application

Vagi-C® fem vaginal tablets are used to normalize the natural number of germs in the vagina and prevent the growth of pathogenic germs.They naturally protect the vaginal microflora by ensuring the maintenance of the natural pH value.In doing so, they promote the development of normal vaginal flora.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

Each tablet contains 250 mg of ascorbic acid as the active ingredient.The other ingredients are silicone resin, lactose-1-water, hypromellose and magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity reactions can occur to all medicines and you must stop taking the medicine immediately.If an allergy to the active ingredient or one of the other ingredients of the medicine is known, it must not be used.In the event of a fungal infection, the use of the medical device should be discussed with a doctor beforehand.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one vaginal tablet once daily.

Intake

Ascorbic acid can have an influence on the determination of various laboratory values such as urine sugar, lactate dehydrogenase, transaminases and bilirubin.
