Areas of application

Quartz D20, a liquid dilution for injection, is used according to anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.The areas of application include disorders of differentiation from external influences, such as acute and chronic inflammation of the sensory organs, skin and mucous membranes.These include, for example, accompanying treatment for middle ear infections (otitis media), furunculosis, eczema and fistula formation.The preparation can also be used for indigestion, intestinal parasites and chronic inflammatory colon diseases as well as for diarrhea (summer diarrhea).Disturbances of integrative organ regulation such as migraines, cerebral aging, fibrosis, arthrosis and chronic rheumatic processes are also among the areas of application.Quartz D20 can also be used to support developmental disorders in children.

Active ingredient and composition

The active ingredient of Quartz D20 is quartz aquos.One ampoule contains Quartz Dil.D20 aquos in the amount of 1 ml. It should be noted that the preparation contains milk protein (from lactose).

Contraindications and precautions

To date, there are no known contraindications to the use of Quartz D20.However, there is no adequately documented experience with the use of this medicine in children.Therefore it should not be used in children under 12 years of age.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to inject Quartz D20 subcutaneously twice a week in a dose of 1 ml.

Duration of application

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after two weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 to 5 days, you should consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases should be determined in consultation with a doctor.

Side effects

So far there are no known side effects.
