Sidroga® St. John's Wort Tea is a herbal medicine that helps calm you down.It is used to support the treatment of nervous restlessness and sleep disorders.No prescription is required for this product.

The main active ingredient in Sidroga® St. John's wort tea is St. John's wort.The dried branch tips of the Hypericum perforatum L. plant, harvested at flowering time, are used for this medicine.Each filter bag contains 1.75 g of St. John's wort.No other components are included.

Application

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, it is recommended to drink 1 to 2 cups of the tea infusion regularly in the morning and evening.

Preparation

To prepare it, pour about 150 ml of boiling water over 1 to 2 Sidroga® St. John's wort filter bags and let it steep for about 10 minutes.The filter bags are then removed.

Notes

Particularly in fair-skinned people, increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight can occasionally cause sunburn-like reactions, especially in areas of the skin that are exposed to greater sun exposure.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
