One Lacto Seven tablet contains:

1 to 2 billion colony forming units (CFU) of live lactic acid bacteria, including:

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum, Streptococcus thermophilus.

Inulin: 300 to 600 milligrams

Vitamin D3: 2 to 4 micrograms (40 to 80 percent of the daily intake according to the Food Information Regulation).

The ingredients of the Lacto Seven tablets include inulin, lactic acid bacteria powder (maltodextrin, antioxidant, ascorbic acid), vitamin D3, fillers such as cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids and the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
