Lacto Seven is a food supplement with 7 probiotic lactic acid bacteria strains, inulin and vitamin D3. It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets daily for adults and 1 tablet daily for children over 4 years. The tablets should be swallowed with sufficient water. The product does not contain lactose, sugar, gluten or gelatine and is sugar-free and gluten-free. The nutritional declaration shows that 1-2 tablets contain 300-600 mg inulin, 1-2 x 10^9 (billion) colony forming units (KBE) of lactic acid bacteria and 2-4 µg vitamin D3. It should be stored at room temperature below 25°C in a dry place and out of the reach of children. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
