Active ingredient: Magnesium bis(hydrogen aspartate) dihydrate.1 sachet contains 1,442 mg magnesium bis(hydrogen aspartate) dihydrate (calculated anhydrous).Magnesium content: 5 mmol = 121.5 mg.Other ingredients: riboflavin, sucrose, citric acid, saccharin sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, mandarin flavor (contains lactose).

Contraindications

Magnesium Verla® N concentrate must not be taken if you are allergic to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients of this medicine or if you suffer from severe kidney dysfunction with inhibition of excretion or a lack of fluid in the body.

Dosage

The dosage depends on the extent of the magnesium deficiency and is at the discretion of the doctor.The usual dosage for adults is 1 sachet 1 to 3 times daily (corresponding to 121.5-364.5 mg magnesium).The contents of one sachet should be taken dissolved in half a glass of water, tea or fruit juice.

Intake

Please mix the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water, tea or fruit juice and drink the entire contents of the glass.The medicine should be taken before eating, as this improves absorption from the gastrointestinal tract into the bloodstream.
