Summary: Nicorette chewing gum freshmint 2 mg nicotine is used to treat tobacco dependence and to support smoking cessation. The chewing gum contains the active ingredient nicotine-polacriline (1:4), which relieves withdrawal symptoms. Smokers who cannot stop smoking immediately can use the chewing gum first to reduce smoking. The duration of use is at least 3 months. Adult smokers should chew 1 piece of gum per hour, but not more than 16 pieces in total per day. It is important to chew the gum slowly and to use it with breaks. Nicorette chewing gum freshmint is suitable for smokers who smoke up to 20 cigarettes a day.
