Regaine Men Solution is a medicine for the treatment of hair loss in men. It contains the active ingredient minoxidil and is applied to the scalp. Regaine Men stabilises the course of hair loss in the tonsure area of the scalp in men aged 18-49 years. The onset and extent of the effect may vary from individual to individual and cannot be predicted. Regaine Men must not be used if there is an allergy to minoxidil, in women, in cases of sudden or uneven hair loss and if other medicines are used on the scalp. Before use, possible hormonal causes and underlying diseases should be excluded. Regaine Men is applied twice daily to the affected areas. It is important to follow the application instructions and not to apply the solution to other parts of the body. Application should be continuous to maintain the effect. Overdoses are unlikely if used correctly. Possible side effects may include headache, weight gain, increased facial hair growth, skin irritation and high blood pressure.
