Instructions for use for REGAINE Men's solution, 3X60 ml

Directions for use of the article Regaine Männer solution Regaine Men is a medicinal product for the treatment of male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia). It stabilises the course of congenital hair loss in the tonsure area of the scalp in men aged 18-49 years. The effect may vary from individual to individual and cannot be predicted. Regaine Men must not be used if you are allergic to minoxidil, in women, if you use other medicines on the scalp and in cases of sudden or uneven hair loss. Before use, possible underlying diseases or malnutrition should be ruled out. Regaine Men should only be applied to healthy scalps. Regaine Men must not be used in the case of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure and use of antihypertensive drugs. Temporary increased hair loss, skin irritation or slight changes in hair colour may occur during use. Contact with sensitive areas and inhalation of spray vapours should be avoided. Regaine Men must not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. When used together with other medicines, possible interactions should be taken into account. Regaine Men must not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery if you have dizziness or low blood pressure. The application is done 2 times a day on the affected areas in the tonsure area of the scalp. The duration of application is usually 2-4 months. Side effects may include headache, weight gain, increased hair growth on the face and skin reactions. If symptoms of an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity reaction occur, the treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Other side effects are possible. Read the leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist for more information. Regaine Men Solution contains propylene glycol and should not be applied to inflamed skin areas. Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age and during pregnancy and breast-feeding is not recommended. Regaine Men should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be applied to areas of the body other than the scalp.

So far prevents progression, low regrowth. Leaves greasy traces in the hair.

In combination with finasteride and minoxidil solution (Regaine or similar), years of experience have shown that although hair loss is slowed down, it cannot be stopped. The hair thins out despite the treatment. However, it is conceivable that this process would accelerate without the expensive combination solution of minoxidil and finasteride.

I have been using this product for around nine years on the recommendation of my dermatologist. There was a clear improvement in the first few years. I was in my mid-twenties at the time. I applied the solution to the problem areas in the morning and evening. In the last few years, my hair density has not improved, but there are still a few problem areas. But I still think that Regaine has a strengthening effect, which is why I continue to use it today - even if only once a day.
