Summary: Fresubin ENERGY Drink Vanilla is a high-calorie drink supplement without fibre. It is a food for special medical purposes suitable for patients with existing or threatened malnutrition, especially with increased energy requirements. The drink contains 1.5 kcal/ml and is available in six different flavours. It is low in lactose and gluten-free. The recommended use for Fresubin ENERGY Drink Vanilla is: 2-3 bottles for supplementary nutrition or 5-7 bottles for exclusive nutrition. It is recommended to shake the drink well and drink it slowly. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours. The nutritional declaration per 100 ml of the drink is as follows: 630 kJ=150 kcal energy, 5.8 g fat (of which 0.4 g saturated fatty acids), 18.8 g carbohydrates (of which 3.9-6.3 g sugar), 0 g fibre, 5.6 g protein, 0.211 g salt. Fresubin ENERGY Drink Vanilla contains various vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and zinc. The ingredients include water, maltodextrin, milk protein, vegetable oils, sugar and other additives to improve taste and consistency. It should be noted that Fresubin ENERGY Drink Vanilla is not suitable if enteral nutrition is contraindicated or there is an intolerance to any of the ingredients.
