Kidney Drops Cosmochema is a homeopathic medicine used to help with kidney weakness. It contains the active ingredients Berberis vulgaris Dil. D3, Solidago virgaurea Dil. D3 and Lytta vesicatoria Dil. D5. It is recommended not to use Kidney Drops Cosmochema if there is hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or excipients. Particular caution should be exercised in cases of blood in the urine, fever, urinary retention, water retention and severe pain in the lumbar region; in these cases a doctor should be consulted. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age should not use the medicine. No interactions with other medicines have been noted. It is important to note that Kidney Drops Cosmochema contains 18% alcohol by volume. The maximum daily dose is up to 0.4 g alcohol for acute dosing and up to 0.1 g alcohol for chronic dosing. The acute dosage should generally not be used for more than a few days. Hypersensitivity reactions may occur and there may be a temporary worsening of existing symptoms. In case of side effects, a doctor or pharmacist should be contacted. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.
