Summary: Sensicutan cream is a cortisone-free cream used for the treatment of inflammatory, non-infectious, highly itchy and allergic skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and neurodermatitis. The active ingredients of the cream are alpha-bisabolol and heparin sodium, which have an anti-inflammatory effect and relieve itching. The cream is suitable for use on dry, normal and moist skin. Sensicutan cream should not be applied to open wounds and mucous membranes and is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. The cream is applied to the affected areas of skin 2 to 3 times a day. Side effects are rare and usually temporary. The package leaflet should be read before use and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted if unsure. The cream contains sorbic acid and is free of paraffins, perfume, dyes and cortisone.
