Directions for use of Hermes Multivit Effervescent Tablets Orange Flavour. Hermes Multivit Effervescent Tablets are a food supplement containing all the essential vitamins. The effervescent tablets contain sweeteners and have an orange flavour. The recommended intake for adults is one effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in half a glass of water. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before consumption due to the vitamin A content. The product is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. The ingredients of the effervescent tablets consist of various vitamins, acidifiers, acidity regulators, fillers, flavours, beetroot powder and sweeteners. The effervescent tablets contain, among others, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin K1, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and niacin. The amounts of these vitamins correspond to a certain percentage of the reference value according to the Food Information Regulation.
