I like to take ipalat throat lozenges for hoarseness and coughing. They taste slightly of aniseed and fennel and soothe the vocal chords. We suck these lozenges several times a day and are delighted with them. Also very suitable for children.

The adverts don't lie, it's IPALAT; it can't be compared with any other throat lozenge. Not cheap, but very good. I take two lozenges a day and am very satisfied with IPALAT. And I wouldn't want to do without the flavour (which took some getting used to at first)!
