Directions for use of the article Cefakliman S Tablets: - Cefakliman S is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of menopausal symptoms in adults. - The indications are based on the homeopathic remedy pictures. - A doctor should be consulted if the complaints persist, are unclear or are new, as this could indicate a serious condition. - The medicine must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to any of the active ingredients or other ingredients, have oestrogen-dependent tumours or are pregnant or breastfeeding. - In the case of existing liver diseases, the medicinal product should only be used after consulting a doctor. - The exact dosage should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist, but the usual dose is 1 tablet every half to a full hour, not more than 6 times a day, in acute conditions and 1 tablet 1-3 times a day in chronic courses. - The tablets should be melted in the mouth or taken with sufficient liquid. - The acute dose should not be taken for longer than 1 week without medical advice. - Possible side effects may include increases in liver function values, gastrointestinal complaints, allergic skin reactions, facial oedema, peripheral oedema and weight gain. - In the event of an overdose, a doctor should be consulted. - If you forget to take the medicine, do not take twice the amount, but continue to take the medicine as prescribed. - The medicinal product contains lactose and should therefore only be taken after consulting a doctor if you are intolerant to certain sugars. - The medicinal product should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. - Further information can be found in the package leaflet. - A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted if there are any questions or side effects.
