It contains seven different herbs, namely nettle leaves, caraway, camomile flowers, spearmint leaves, rosehip peels, rosemary and thyme. This tea can be enjoyed warm or cold and is suitable from the age of twelve months. Sidroga Wellness 7-herb tea is a soothing drink that can be enjoyed at any time of day. It contains no allergens and is gluten-free. One pack contains 20 filter bags of 2.0 g each. Preparation is simple: place one filter bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it. After 5 to 10 minutes, squeeze the bag gently and then remove it. It is important to always infuse the tea with boiling water and let it steep for at least 5 to 10 minutes in order to obtain a safe food.
