Avitale Cranberry Capsules are food supplements with 400 mg cranberry powder AV36. They contain important ingredients such as flavonoids, polyphenols and proanthocyanidins, which can help maintain the health of the urinary tract and strengthen the body's defences. The contained cranberry concentrate powder reduces the adhesion of harmful bacteria in the urinary tract and supports the body's own defences. One capsule contains 400 mg cranberry powder AV36 and other ingredients such as maltodextrin and cranberry extract. The recommended dosage is one capsule twice daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. The capsules should be stored in a dry place and protected from heat. Bladder infections are a stubborn thing and unfortunately I often have to deal with them in winter. In acute cases, I take the capsules and have no problems within a few days. This year I will take them provisionally as a precaution and see how it goes.
