Summary: Cranberry Capsules 400 mg is a dietary supplement with valuable ingredients that can help maintain urinary tract health and strengthen our defences. The ingredients of the cranberry, such as flavonoids, polyphenols and proanthocyanidins, can prevent bacteria from getting stuck in the urinary tract and flush them out of the body. The recommended dosage is 2x1 capsule daily with a large glass of water with meals. Bladder infections are a stubborn thing and unfortunately I often have to deal with them in winter. In acute cases, I take the capsules and have no problems within a few days. This year I will take them provisionally as a precaution and see how it goes.

Since I have been taking cranberry capsules regularly for 4 years, I have never had a bladder infection again. I can recommend cranberry to anyone who is plagued by cystitis.

The cranberry capsules were my saviour. I regularly had bladder infections during the cold season. But since I have been taking the cranberry capsules twice a day I have been symptom-free. I can only recommend this product.
