- Use/Recommended use: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening approx. 1/2 to 1 hour before or at the earliest 2 hours after a meal, unchewed, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

- Magnesium is helpful for normal protein synthesis and electrolyte balance. It contributes to normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Like niacin and vitamin B12, it promotes a functioning, normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin B1 has an important role in heart health and contributes to normal heart function.
- Folic acid is an essential vitamin that the body cannot produce itself. Folic acid contributes to blood formation and, together with vitamin B12 and magnesium, has an essential function in cell division.
- Vitamin B12 promotes the formation of red blood cells and, like folic acid, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. The vitamins niacin and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
