Whole psyllium husks from India in organic quality are rich in dietary fibre and an ideal supplement for a vegetarian or vegan diet. There are 65 g of dietary fibre per 100 g of psyllium husks. Avitale psyllium husks are a natural product without additives and contribute to a pleasant well-being. It is recommended to dissolve 2 level teaspoons in 300 ml of water daily and drink it. The peels can also be stirred into muesli or yoghurt. It is important to drink 1 to 2 litres of water daily for optimal effect. They should be stored out of the reach of children. In 100 g of psyllium husks there are 895 kJ / 220 kcal, 0.8 g fat, 12.7 g carbohydrates, 2.1 g protein and 0.15 g salt. The psyllium husks are offered in a pack of 500 g and come from India.
