How do I put on the tennis elbow support?

Pull the strap through the buckle. The pressure pad should lie on the skin. Place the pressure pad below the elbow on the outer forearm. Fasten the strap and use the Velcro to adjust the desired hold.

Only wear the product on clean and uninjured skin. Make sure that the bandage is not too tight and does not restrict blood circulation. Do not wear it for a long period of time or while sleeping. Dosage

Place the bandage centred over the lower back. The rounded side should be facing down. Place the main straps around the waist and fasten with the Velcro at the front while applying slight pressure. Pull the side straps forward and fasten them to the main straps. Use the Velcro to adjust the individual desired support effect of the back brace.
