Linusit Gold linseeds can be consumed in different ways.They swell significantly longer and more strongly than many other linseeds and form a particularly soft, mucous-like gel that can partially detach from the seed.This makes them particularly valuable.

Dosage

The recommended consumption recommendation for Linusit Gold linseed is: Consume three times a day, if possible before or with meals.Make sure you drink plenty of fluids every day.

As a pure variant: Take 15 g (2 tablespoons) of the linseeds.For children aged 6-12, 1 tablespoon is enough.If possible, consume the seeds whole and then drink 1-2 glasses of water (at least 15 ml).

As a linseed porridge: Stir 15 g (2 tablespoons) of the linseeds into around 400 ml of water and bring the mixture to a brief boil.Stir occasionally and let the seeds soak for up to 1 hour.Then consume the pulp with the seeds.

As linseed gel: Lightly crush 15 g (2 tablespoons) of the linseeds without grinding them.Stir the seeds in about 400 ml of water and bring the mixture to a brief boil.Stir occasionally and let the seeds soak for up to 1 hour.Roughly spread the gel over a sieve and consume within 30 minutes.
